Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be booked online.
A 48 hour notice is requested for all cancellations & rescheduled appointments.
If less than a 48 hour notice is given for a cancellation, a 50% fee of the service’s total will be charged to the card on file.
This fee is non-refundable.
If no notice is given & the appointment results as a no-call / no-show appointment - a 100% fee of the service’s total will be charged to the card on file & restricted access to online booking.
If you have purchased a Groupon for My Hair by Morgan please note that My Hair by Morgan will only honor Groupon up to one time per client; regardless of the type of service being offered or time between the first Groupon purchase.
